2026 Operation Santa’s Handlebars

Operation Santa’s Handlebars is a private, invite-only holiday program of the Serve First Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to Bridging the Gap between first responders and the communities they serve.

Through partnerships with selected West Virginia law enforcement and first responder agencies, the Foundation provides a new bicycle for every child participating in partnered Shop With a Cop, Shop With a Deputy, Shop With a First Responder, and similar holiday programs — at no cost to the child, family, or participating agency.

While the events themselves are not open to the general public, you can still be part of the mission. Individuals and businesses are encouraged to support Operation Santa’s Handlebars through donations, helping us put even more bicycles under the tree for West Virginia children.
